Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and DLT Hub Limited. Please read them carefully before using the Services. They include important limitations of liability, disclaimers of warranties, and a compulsory dispute‑resolution clause.
“Venture Hub Cadets” or “VHC”: the website, mobile and desktop applications, and all related features operated by DLT Hub Limited (“DLT Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “**our”).
“Services”: all products, features, content, and events we make available, including learning‑management modules, community forums, groups, private messages, gamification systems (badges, points, leaderboards), affiliate offers, and any in‑person or virtual events.
“User,” “you,” or “your”: any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
“Content”: all text, graphics, audio, video, data, code, and other materials posted, uploaded, or otherwise provided through the Services.
“Affiliate Partner”: a third‑party brand or provider whose goods or services are promoted through VHC.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing the Site or App, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules we publish (collectively, the “Agreement”).
If you do not accept the Agreement, you must not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Minors aged 13‑17 may use the Services only with the consent of a parent/legal guardian, who is deemed the account holder and responsible for the minor’s activities.
You represent that you are not barred from using the Services under any applicable laws (e.g., sanctions or export‑control restrictions).
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
You may have only one personal account unless we approve otherwise.
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and benefits are described at checkout and may change with 30 days’ notice.
Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the then‑current rate. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: We follow the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund for digital memberships not yet used. Otherwise, all fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.
Payments are processed by our PCI‑DSS‑compliant provider. We never store full card details.
VHC provides educational content only. Nothing on the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always conduct your own research or consult a professional.
We do not guarantee that any course, credential, or advice will meet your specific objectives or lead to particular outcomes (e.g., job placement, investment returns).
Licence to VHC: By posting or submitting Content, you grant VHC a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and translate such Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services. You retain all other rights.
You are solely responsible for your Content and warrant that you have the necessary rights to post it and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or laws.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Post or transmit Content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
Share personal data of others without consent;
Upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in phishing or fraud;
Use the Services for unauthorised commercial purposes or spamming;
Copy, scrape, or distribute any part of the Services without permission;
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security or access‑control measures;
Engage in behaviour that could disable, overburden, or impair the Services.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove Content that violates the Agreement. Users who breach these Terms may be suspended or banned without refund.
VHC IP: The Services, including all underlying software, design elements, and original content, are owned by or licensed to DLT Hub Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence stated in these Terms, no rights are granted.
Trademarks: “Venture Hub Cadets,” corresponding logos, and other VHC marks are trademarks of DLT Hub Limited. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Our Services contain links to Affiliate Partners and other third‑party sites. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for their practices.
When you engage with an Affiliate Partner, any transaction is solely between you and that third party and may be governed by separate terms.
We may receive commissions when you use affiliate links, but only after you opt in to the specific offer.
Event tickets or registrations are subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
We may photograph, film, or live‑stream events and use resulting media for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to such use unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
Points, badges, or other gamified rewards have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and may be revoked at any time.
We reserve the right to adjust or reset points, badges, or leaderboard standings to correct errors or prevent abuse.
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time for legal, operational, or security reasons. Material changes will be communicated via email or in‑service notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you must cease using the Services.
You may close your account at any time in settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you violate the Agreement, pose a security risk, or if required by law.
Upon termination, Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 14‑16, and 18‑19 survive.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLT Hub Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:
Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services;
Any conduct or Content of any third party on the Services;
Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or Content;
Any content posted by users or third parties; or
Any other matter relating to the Services.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services will not exceed the greater of £100 GBP or the total amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DLT Hub Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
Informal Resolution: Please contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably.
Jurisdiction: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer‑protection laws grant you the right to bring claims elsewhere.

Entire Agreement: The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior understandings.
Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under the Agreement without our consent; we may assign freely.

Your content is not used to train publicly‑available models without your permission. Automated decisions do not produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Typical retention periods include:
User accounts & learning records: While your account is active and up to 12 months after closure, unless you request deletion sooner (subject to legal requirements).
Financial & transaction data: 6 years to comply with UK tax and accounting laws.
Recruitment data: 6 months after the position is filled if you are unsuccessful. If hired, your data is transferred to your employee record and kept for the duration of employment plus 6 years.
Event attendance records: 24 months for attendance reporting and safety audits.
Cookies & analytics identifiers: 26 months (or as otherwise configured) unless you clear them sooner.
When data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
